Customers (“Customer”) agree to comply with these regulations and their appendices (“Regulations”) when renting a campsite (“Site”) and/or while on the premises belonging to Le Domaine International de Rouville Inc. (“Domaine”). The minimum age to rent a site is 18 years. An adult 18 years of age or older must accompany minor campers on the rented site at all times.
1. Vehicle parking
All vehicles may only be parked in designated areas. Motorcycles are permitted on the grounds of the Domaine International de Rouville, but only for accessing or leaving the campsite. Motorcycle rides within the campsite itself are therefore prohibited. This decision was made to preserve the tranquility of the area.
2. Golf carts
A valid class 5 driver's license or a probationary license and current car insurance are mandatory for our golf cart drivers.
3. Bicycles and scooters
To ensure the safety of users, any bicycle circulating after sunset must be equipped with an adequate light source.
4. Water safety
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Guests must never leave a child unattended in a swimming pool, at the beach, or in the water park. Any child who cannot swim, in addition to being accompanied by a responsible adult, must wear a personal flotation device. Swimming is prohibited when lifeguards are not present and outside of the hours designated by the Resort. Opening hours, days, and areas are subject to change without notice by the Resort. Depending on the temperature and the availability of staff and qualified lifeguards, the Resort cannot guarantee the opening of any body of water, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Road safety
All drivers of all vehicles agree to respect the speed limit indicated in the campsite, which is 10 km/h. This limit applies to all means of transport, without exception.
6. Animals
The Client's pets and those of their immediate family are permitted. A maximum of two (2) pets per site is allowed. The Client is responsible for the hygiene, cleanliness, and behavior of their pets. Pets are prohibited near swimming areas and playgrounds. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 1.85 m and must be leashed at all times. In addition, dogs weighing over 20 kg must wear a harness or head halter and must wear a muzzle in public areas. Dogs are prohibited during pedestrian-only events (National Holiday, Camper's Christmas, etc.).
7. Electricity
Each guest must use their assigned electrical outlet. Please bring an extension cord to make your stay on one of our campsites more comfortable.
8. Non-potable water
The water at the campsite is not potable and must be boiled for at least one minute before consumption. Drinking water is available at certain points, specifically at some of the sanitary blocks. These are clearly marked on the site map.
9. Cleanliness
The Client agrees to keep their Land and property clean and free of all waste.
10. Trees
It is forbidden to damage or cut down trees in any way, including the installation of clotheslines or hammocks.
11. Insurance
The Client agrees to be insured against theft, fire, vandalism, and civil liability. The Client releases the Estate from all liability in the event of theft, fire, vandalism, and natural disasters, as well as for any damage caused by trees or tree branches.
12. Festivities
Noise levels, noise restrictions, reduced traffic hours, and traffic bans must be observed. A curfew is in effect from 11:00 PM throughout the site. Contact security using the phone number below if you experience excessive noise after curfew.
13. Violence
No verbal or physical violence will be tolerated towards employees, clients or guests of the Domaine.
14. Emergency
In case of emergency, the Client should contact the Campground security officers by calling (514) 863-8792 or call 911 in case of emergency.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours of order creation
Full refund of the order.
Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date
The order amount will be refunded at 50%, except for the ticketing system service fees which are non-refundable.
Cancellation between 0 and 6 days before the arrival date
No refunds will be issued.
