CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 24 hours of order creation: full refund of the order.
Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date: the order amount will be refunded at 50%, except for the ticketing system service fees which are non-refundable.
Cancellation between 0 and 6 days before the arrival date: no refund will be issued.
* In the case of a partial cancellation (night(s) only), the cancellation policy applies to the cancelled night(s).
TRAVELER REGULATIONS
Customers (“Customer”) agree to comply with these regulations and their appendices (“Regulations”) when renting a campsite (“Site”) and/or while on the premises belonging to Le Domaine International de Rouville Inc. (“Domaine”). The minimum age to rent a site is 18 years. An adult 18 years of age or older must accompany minor campers on the rented site at all times.
1. Non-potable water
The water at the campsite is not potable and must be boiled for at least one minute before consumption. Drinking water is available at some of the sanitary blocks. These are clearly marked on the site map.
2. Animals
The Client's pets and those of their immediate family members are permitted. A maximum of two (2) pets (dog or cat) per site is allowed. The Client is responsible for the hygiene, cleanliness, and behavior of their pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, on the sand, in the lakes, or on the playgrounds. However, they are permitted on the grassy area near the beaches, provided they are actively supervised and kept on a leash. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 1.85 m and must be tied at all times, except inside the dog park. In addition, dogs weighing over 20 kg must wear a harness or head halter and must wear a muzzle in public areas. Dogs are not allowed during pedestrian-only events (National Holiday, Camper's Christmas, etc.). The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal that is agitated, aggressive, or does not comply with its owner's instructions. Feeding wild animals is prohibited.
3. Adding an extra tent
A traveler is permitted to set up an additional tent on their campsite during their stay, in addition to their main tent. This tent must not exceed 8 by 8 feet in size. An additional nightly fee applies for this tent. The maximum number of people per campsite (10) must be respected, and the associated fees must be paid.
4. Road safety
All drivers of any vehicle agree to respect the posted speed limit of 10 km/h within the campground. This limit applies to all modes of transport, without exception, including scooters and bicycles. Violators may have their vehicles confiscated for the duration of their stay.
5. Vehicle parking
All vehicles and means of transport may only be parked in designated areas. Motorcycles are permitted on the grounds of the Domaine International de Rouville, but only for accessing or leaving the campsite. Motorcycle rides within the campsite itself are therefore prohibited. This decision was made to preserve the tranquility of the area.
6. Golf carts
A valid Class 5 driver's license or a probationary license and current automobile insurance are required for our golf cart drivers. Driving while impaired by drugs, alcohol, and/or medication is prohibited on the Domaine's roads. Driving while consuming alcoholic beverages is also prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted immediately.
7. Bicycles and scooters
To ensure user safety, all equipment in operation after sunset must be equipped with adequate lighting. Quebec's road safety regulations apply. Electric scooters and bicycles may only be used by individuals aged 14 and over, wearing a helmet. The speed limit of 10 km/h must be observed.
8. Water safety
The Client must comply with the regulations given by any lifeguard or support staff. All instructions given by a lifeguard or support staff must be followed and are binding.
The Customer and their children must also comply with all applicable rules at all water points and on Wibit modules
Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Access to the Wibit modules is limited to children aged 6 and over, who are at least 1.10 meters tall. Children aged 7 and 8 must be accompanied by someone aged 13 or over. Life jackets are mandatory. Module rules must be followed at all times. Additional fees apply for the use of the Wibit modules.
Swimsuits are mandatory. Any bather not complying with these rules will be refused entry to the swimming area by the staff on duty.
All personal use of non-motorized watercraft must be during the rental dock's opening hours. All departures and arrivals must be from the rental dock. No motorized watercraft are permitted.
When using the boats, the consumption of alcohol and food, and smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and drugs) are prohibited. Landing around the lake and entering designated swimming areas are also prohibited. Passenger changes must take place at the rental dock. Animals are not allowed on the boats. Stopping under the fountain or on any other platforms on the lake is prohibited. Swimming from the boats is prohibited.
Specifically for pedal boats, passengers must remain seated at all times. A third passenger may be accepted if they are under 1.10m tall and wear a life jacket.
Specifically for paddleboards, only one person is allowed per board, except for a child 12 years of age or younger who may ride as a second passenger. The second passenger must remain seated at all times. Only one person may stand at a time.
Specifically for kayaks, the number of passengers must correspond to the number of seats. The user must remain seated at all times.
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for users of kayaks, canoes and paddleboards.
Swimming is prohibited when lifeguards are not present and outside of the hours specified by the Domaine. Opening hours, days, and areas vary and may be changed without notice by the Domaine. Depending on the temperature, staff availability, and qualified lifeguards, the Domaine cannot guarantee the opening of any body of water, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Electricity
Each guest must use their assigned electrical outlet. Please bring an extension cord to make your stay on one of our campsites more comfortable.
10. Insurance
The Client agrees to be insured against theft, fire, vandalism, and civil liability. The Client releases the Estate from all liability in the event of theft, fire, vandalism, and natural disasters, as well as for any damage caused by trees or tree branches.
11. Festivities
Music played in a picnic area or on a field must be audible only within the designated area. The music must not be excessively loud for the neighbors. The volume of audio systems in golf carts and other vehicles must be kept low and not audible to neighbors while in motion.
The curfew is set at 11 p.m. throughout the site. Contact security using the phone number below if you experience excessive noise after curfew.
12. Violence
No verbal or physical violence will be tolerated towards employees, clients, or guests of the Domaine. We reserve the right to immediately expel anyone violating this rule.
13. Cleanliness and respect for nature
The Client agrees to keep their property and belongings clean and free of all waste. It is also forbidden to damage the trees and/or their branches in any way, including the installation of clotheslines or hammocks. Ropes attached to trees are prohibited for safety reasons.
14. Emergency
In case of emergency, the Client must contact the Campground security officers by calling (514) 863-8792 or should report 911 in case of emergency.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional person (2 adults and 4 children included) $17.87 per night.
Price for adding an extra tent on the grounds: $30.84 per night.
One car included. Additional car $12.34 per night.
