From what date can we book?
You can book online from February 1st.
At what time should campers arrive and/or leave their site?
The arrival of campers is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, charges may apply. Departures are at 1 p.m. If you leave later, fees may also apply.
What time should visitors leave the pitch?
All day visitors must leave before the 11 p.m. curfew.
Is it possible to rent a cart?
Yes, we have a rental dealer on site.
Do we need to bring an extension cord into your traveler sections?
For certain lots in zone 2000 (#2301 to 2412), it would be better to bring one.
Do I have to keep the ticket given at the entrance?
Yes, this is your proof of payment. You will be asked for your entrance ticket when you leave, please keep it.
Is it possible to rent a room?
Yes, we have the Maurice-Robillard room, the small chalet, the barn room which can accommodate up to 400 people, the mimosa room which can accommodate 75 people and the meeting room which can accommodate 60 people. For more information, please visit this page: Reception rooms
Is it possible to put 2 vehicles on one site?
Yes, additional charges apply.
Can I store my equipment between two stays?
Yes, charges apply.
Can my entrance ticket be refunded in case of bad weather?
No refund in case of bad weather, for more details, we invite you to consult our regulations under the camping/travellers tab.
Do you rent trailers?
We do not offer this service. However, you can rent from an RV dealership. Some offer you the possibility to come and install it for you.
I would like to spend the day at the beach and/or the aquapark, is that possible?
Yes, the beach and the aquapark are accessible to visitors. Please consult the opening times and dates in the ''Rates'' section.
Are the showers chargeable?
Yes. They only accept $1 coins.
Do you offer propane tank filling service?
A bottle filling service is available every day. You must apply at the reception desk.
Do you offer a first responder and security service?
Yes, we offer the first responder service as well as a security service.
Can we bring our dog?
Animals are forbidden to all daily visitors.
Can we bring our BBQ?
Yes, we accept them inside the BBQ area which is very close to the beach. Please note: BBQs are not accepted on the aquapark site.
Can we have 2 equipment on the same land?
Only one equipment per lot is tolerated in order to respect the tranquility of the neighbors.
Can we enter the site with our motorbike?
Unfortunately, motorcycles are not allowed on the Domaine International de Rouville site. This decision was taken in order to preserve the tranquility of the place.
However, please note that secure and monitored parking is located at the entrance to the site and you can leave your motorcycle there during your stay with us.
Can I bring my own firewood?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring your own firewood due to the risk of diseases that could spread to the plants on the estate. However, you can buy firewood ($) on site.
What amperage do you offer?
We have 20 and 30 amps.
What activities are offered?
In addition to swimming, the aquapark and the wibit, we provide you with basketball, volleyball, field hockey, paddle board, petanque, horseshoes, tennis, baseball and soccer courts.
We also offer single or double kayaks or pedal boats.
You can also consult the activities offered by clicking on the Entertainment / Activities and leisure tab.
What services are offered?
You will find on site a grocery store, a fruit and vegetable counter, an arcade, a flea market, a dairy bar, a restaurant and a canteen.
Also available are changing tables, laundry facilities ($) and showers ($), garbage stations and a golf cart rental and repair service.
From what time can I arrive on the day of my rental and what is the time for departure at the end of my stay?
You can arrive from 3 p.m. on the first day of your rental. Departure, meanwhile, must be done before 11am on the last day of your rental.
Are the CoolBoxes air-conditioned?
Yes, each CoolBox has air conditioning.
Is the refrigerator provided in the CoolBox a regular size?
Yes, it is a full size refrigerator.
Is bedding provided in the CoolBoxes?
No, it is not provided.
Do the CoolBoxes have an outdoor BBQ?
No, no BBQ is included with the CoolBox, but you can bring a portable BBQ from home to use outside.
Do the CoolBoxes have a space provided to light a campfire outside?
Yes, a space is provided for this purpose, but the wood is not provided. However, it will be possible to purchase it directly on the Domaine International de Rouville website.
Is it possible to know in advance the number of the CoolBox I have rented?
CoolBoxes are allocated according to availability, a bit like a hotel room, so you will know the number and location of your CoolBox when you arrive on site: a map will then be provided to you by the employee to help you get there.
Is it possible to have a guest come and spend a day on site and a night with us in the CoolBox?
Of course, to access the Domaine's site, the guest will only have to pay the "visitor" rate, that is to say $13,05 for a child or $17,40 for an adult. In order for the guest to be able to spend the night with you in the CoolBox, however, you must indicate this in advance in the reservation.
Is it possible to bring my dog in the CoolBox for the duration of the stay?
Great news! We're happy to confirm that the whole family can travel with your favorite four-legged friend! The additional fee for your dog to accompany you is $150 + tax per stay, regardless of the number of nights you spend in the CoolBox.
Some CoolBoxes allow pets, so you will need to choose the correct CoolBox when making your reservation (dog CoolBoxes are clearly identified on the reservation platform).
Please read the terms of sale carefully for all details.
Is there a picnic table on our property to eat outside?
Yes, a table will be installed outside each CoolBox.
