Policies
- For day camps and schools, one chaperone for every 20 children aged 12 and under is free of charge.
- For groups of 50 people or more, reserved areas are mandatory.
- Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit.
- All changes to the agreement must be reported no later than 10 days before the date of the visit. The final invoice is based on the number of registrations.
- Final payment must be made before the date of the event.
- In the event of cancellation by the Domaine International de Rouville (due to extreme weather), the Domaine and the client may agree on a new date for the event, subject to availability. If the client prefers to cancel the event, their deposit will not be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, written notice must be sent to Domaine International de Rouville at least 60 days before the scheduled event date. For cancellations made between 10 and 60 days before the event, the deposit will be retained. However, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability. No cancellations or refunds are possible 10 days or less before the event.
