The Domaine International de Rouville is currently looking for a canteen assistant to join our team at the Aquaparc Restaurant.
The cafeteria clerk's main responsibilities are to prepare, assemble, and present various fast-food items under supervision. Reporting to the cafeteria supervisor, they contribute to food service by efficiently performing preparation, setup, and hygiene maintenance tasks. Through their work, they ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality service for cafeteria customers.

Schedule: Full-time, days, evenings and weekends.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Work planning and organization
• Organizes his service area and prepares the workstations.
• Familiarizes himself with the ingredients that make up the dishes to be prepared.
• Prepares the kitchen for service.
• Maintains equipment inventories, if applicable.
• Undertakes the maintenance of the workstation and tools.
• Receives orders and organizes product storage.
• Prepares and fills the stations with the products needed for service.
Meal preparation
• Prepare the recipes according to the instructions.
• Prepares, seasons and packages customer orders.
• Controls the quality of prepared dishes.
• Plates dishes according to established standards.
• Collaborates with other kitchen staff members in the preparation of dishes.
Compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ensures proper food preservation.
• Identifies and selects the foods to be preserved.
• Determines appropriate preservation methods.
• Prepares food for storage.
• Controls storage conditions.
• Cleans and sanitizes surfaces and equipment.
• Strictly applies food hygiene and safety rules.
