The Domaine International de Rouville is currently seeking an assistant customer service manager.
Reporting to the Director of Recreational Operations, the incumbent is responsible for the administrative and operational management of seasonal recreational facilities, whose main operating period runs from May to October.
The position is a regular full-time position, with a key role during the summer season, and off-season planning, preparation, follow-up and reporting responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and customer service management
- Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the facilities during the summer period
- Ensuring the quality of visitor reception and customer service at the sites
- Oversee access management, entry and payment collection (ticketing systems, access management software, etc.)
- Ensure the compilation, analysis and monitoring of daily traffic statistics and entries
Human Resources Management
- To guide, motivate and supervise the work team assigned to seasonal operations
- Participate in the recruitment, training and work organization of staff
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, schedules and health and safety standards
Maintenance and quality of facilities
- To oversee the housekeeping aspect of the facilities
- Ensuring the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality
- Collaborate with technical teams or external suppliers as needed
Administrative management and continuous improvement
- Manage requests from internal and external clients
- Participate in meetings with partners or clients
- Formulate recommendations aimed at improving procedures, operations, and the user experience.
- Contribute to end-of-season reviews and the planning of future seasons
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience in managing recreational, sports or tourism facilities (seasonal environment an asset)
- Experience in team supervision and customer service
- Proficient in computer tools (Office suite, access management software, point-of-sale systems)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Leadership, autonomy and a sense of responsibility
- Oral and written communication skills in French
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
