Human Resources Coordinator

Domaine International de Rouville is currently seeking a passionate and eager-to-learn HR Coordinator for a temporary position (May to September) within our team. Located at the foot of the Mont Saint-Hilaire Biosphere Reserve, our tourism business offers an enchanting setting, ideal for a student seeking career development in an environment with a wide variety of tasks.

Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal

Schedule: Full time, daytime during the week

YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Act as a resource person for approximately 100 employees: answer questions and ensure a regular presence on site.
  • Manage the complete staffing process: creating job descriptions, posting, managing applications, interviews, hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain tools and procedures related to recruitment, reception and integration.
  • Provide support to managers in human resources management: preparation of performance evaluations, updating of policies and reminders of good practices.
  • Participate in the management of health and safety at work: accident monitoring, coordination with the CNESST, running the OHS committee, planning training.
  • Collaborate in payroll management: support for employees and backup role in the event of absence.
  • Perform various administrative tasks: management of employee clothing and cards, creation of tracking tools and responses to ad hoc requests.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Student or graduate in Human Resources Management or Administration – Human Resources Management
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Analytical mind and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate and establish effective working relationships
