Our chef, Philippe Trempe, graduated from the vocational training center Jacques Rousseau school in 1999. He is always attentive to your needs and offers you high quality products and prepared to your tastes.
Philippe work with local and regional products and has increased knowledge of the products of the Islands after his visit to Vent de Folie, restaurant specializing in cuisine of this wonderful region of Quebec.
2009: Philippe Trempe has hosted the prestigious dinner Favorite gourmand of the Richelieu Valley. This event is an opportunity to bring together the top leaders of the Montérégie for a wonderful dinner only.
1999: Philippe Trempe participates in Future Leaders of competition at Place Bonaventure and won the bronze Médal.
